Did you do this all on one layer? Looks pretty bad. You should separate all the parts onto different layers, it'll make it easier to animate; have your background on one layer, and all your character elements on their own layers. Make the animation stop at the end, and have a replay button. Use the F6 and F7 keys to make new keyframes so you're not stuck right-clicking the timeline to make a new keyframe. Once you've got these basics down, you should be able to make something half-way decent.

The animation itself looks pretty good, would like to see something longer in this style. I'm giving two and a half stars because it's a second long loop, no meat on these animation bones.
